Prompt, professional service. We couple superb communication and presentation skills with a willingness and ability to become a true “expert” in any designated field, ensuring you the highest degree of satisfaction with your project.
2. What is your process?
Before any work begins, we arrange a 20-30 minute consultation with you to learn more about the project, your needs, and what results you seek from the proposed project. From there we develop a proposal, which includes rates, milestone dates, deadlines, and suggestions on how to maximize the effectiveness of your project. Once final details are acceptable to both parties, we will immediately begin working on your project.
3. Do you do the work yourself or outsource?
We handle everything in-house. The team is comprised of professional trained contractors, each with his (or her) own area of expertise.
4. I work in a technical field. How are you going to understand enough to write about it?
Thanks to the power of the internet, it’s easier than ever to conduct extensive research on anything and everything. Having completed AWAI’s Internet Research course, we have contractors on staff who have been expertly trained in the most effective methods of conducting research. While we might not be an expert in your subject area at the start of your project, we will be by the time your final product is delivered.

1. What are your rates?
Rates are contingent on the type of project desired and the amount of time it will take to complete it. We evaluate each project individually and customize costs accordingly. This ensures a fair and accurate rate quote from the get-go.
2. What kind of turnaround time can I expect?
Turn around times vary depending on the scope of the project. Milestones and deadlines are all discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning any project.
3. I have a tight deadline to meet. Can you start on my project right away?

4. We are a small company. Can you work with us?
Yes. No client is too big or small. We’ve worked with a variety of companies – Fortune 500’s all the way down to mom-and-pop shops.
5. You aren’t local to me. Can we still work together?
Yes. We are available via telephone, email, and skype. After normal business hours, Tabitha is easily accessible via cell phone for time sensitive inquiries and emergencies.
6. What is the best way to reach you?

7. A. How do I go about hiring you?
Simple! Tabitha will arrange a mutually convenient time to discuss your project in greater detail so that she can get a better understanding of your needs. If there is a match, you will be presented with projected costs, and we can move forward from there.
7. B. Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, signed paperwork is required on all projects.
7. C. Do you ask for money up front?
Typically a flat fee of 10% of the overall projected cost is due prior to work commencing. This can be waived on a case-by-case basis.
8. What if I want to make revisions?
Revisions are inevitable, and we strive to guarantee your satisfaction with the end product. Open lines of communication and feedback on your end will keep revisions to the end product at a minimum.
